Reusable systems are on the rise. But drying plastic cups and lids, bowls and other plastic containers can be a challenge due to the difficult drying properties of their material. To solve this problem, Winterhalter has developed a DMX dryer module in addition to a
special combination of detergent and rinse aid. This ensures excellent and fast drying of plastic wash items.The result: dry plastic cups, bowls and other dishes that can be stacked dry inside each other after washing.
Standard Equipment
• DMX dryer module meets individual space requirements,
being available as front loading, passthrough and corner
version
• Upper fan provides continuous recirculated air flow for
improved energy balance
• Additional air stream, with grease filter, dries the plastic
wash items from below to ensure best drying result
• The double-walled housing made of stainless steel with
curtains reduces noise emissions and heat losses and
therefore lowers energy costs
